We start with a conversation. We’ll discuss your vision, lifestyle, budget, and timeline to see how we can bring your ideas to life.
If you have not yet selected an architect, we would be happy to provide you with some options based on the area of your build and design preferences!
Pre-construction planning
Before we break ground, we handle insurance & WSIB compliance, site prep (including security), budgets, schedules, and selections—so everything is in place for a smooth build.
Once all pre-construction requirements are met and municipal approvals are received, the building permit is issued. Construction can now officially begin.
Construction: building your dream home
With plans finalized, our team gets to work. We manage every stage of construction with attention to quality, timelines, and communication.
We believe in full transparency throughout the process—that’s why we use Buildertrend, our client-facing project management platform. You’ll have 24/7 access to progress updates, schedules, photos, and communication, so you're never left in the dark.
Final walk-through & Move in
Time to move in! Before we hand over the keys, we’ll walk through the home with you during the Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI), as required by Tarion. This is your opportunity to review the home, note any touch-ups, and ensure everything meets your expectations.
Once complete, we’ll take care of any final details—and welcome you into your brand-new custom home.
